Hand in Hand
Program
All of our programming is designed to be fun, inclusive, and provide opportunities to connect weekly through a variety of accessible activities. Activities such as music, yoga, crafts, games, cooking, socializing, community service, and more, provide opportunities for growth and skill building for all individuals. Some of our Annual activities include our Spring Dance and our All Abilities Fair, which are designed to be inclusive and engaging. We also take annual field trips to local amusement parks. We welcome you to join us online, in person and through our original video content.
Hand in Hand seeks to bring together people of all abilities and ages, with the goal of nurturing friendships and enriching all of our lives. We recognize that the role of a peer is as much about receiving as it is about giving, as everyone grows and thrives in meaningful relationships. Our Peer Program provides guidance and training as well as leadership opportunities.

Bar / Bat Mitzvah Program
Hand in Hand accepts all people, regardless of their faith or affiliation. For our Jewish participants who would like a Bar or Bat Mitzvah, we also provide the opportunity to prepare for a creative and meaningful experience. Each Bar or Mitzvah ceremony is tailored to meet the individual needs of the person and their family, and allows them to celebrate an important milestone in their lives.
